Terms of Service

By accessing and using ComplianceOS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Avekara reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided through the platform.

ComplianceOS provides AI-powered compliance tools including invoice validation, document processing, sanctions screening, and related services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis at $2,000 USD per month, with access to all features and tools included in the Professional Plan.

You agree to: provide accurate and complete registration information, maintain the security of your account credentials, use the Service only for lawful purposes, not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Avekara and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your uploaded data and documents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avekara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. While we strive for accuracy, the Service is provided "as is" and you are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable regulations.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Avekara reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service, but you may request export of your data within 30 days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
